Cargo Bicycling Lafayette

Our Workcycles Bakfiets is still the only we've seen in Lafayette/Walnut Creek/Danville, but we LOVE riding around and running errands. It's super handy for grocery runs, library stops, farmers market, park adventures with Munny and simply riding for enjoyment.

Yes, we get TONS of looks/honks/cools/smiles/waves and Munny enjoys every bit of it. I just picked up a Clarijs cover from Clever Cycles and it's going to come in handy for wet weather and tying down loads.

Bakfiets and Clarijs in front of Whole Foods Lafayette. Book donation run to the library, groceries and sweater window shopping at Pendleton.

All opened up!

Reservoir Week

Tons of running this week (60+ miles) with Munny while mom was at work! Lots of action up at the Lafayette Reservoir with some rain and amazing sunshine. We hit up our favorite muffin spot almost everyday and always brought some home for mom when she woke up from her night shift.

Also had a few great hikes in the early morning and saw the local coyote across the street. From the binoculars he looked to be the size of Aspen and so beautiful. Saw him later in the week as well and wondering if he's by himself and how many coyotes use to roam the hills where we live?

Some great cargo biking this week as well, no photos but LOTS of fun!
